Counting

Muffin Tins 
  - Place one item in each spot and count as you go.
  - Place numbers cards into each of the muffin spots.  Place the correct number of items (pompoms,  
    beads, etc) in each spot.

Bead Snakes - Thread beads onto pipe cleaners.  Count the beads.  You can also make patterns; count the total number of beads and the number of each color bead.

Piggy Bank - Count coins as you put them in the piggy bank (you could also cut a slit in the top of a container and use poker chips).
